Sacred Feminine
Yoga, Women's Circle, Card Readings and Healing Therapy

MY JOURNEY
In 2010 I participated in my first Women’s Circle, that was the first time that I felt safe and free to be myself, the first time I truly felt accepted. I will never forget that feeling. It was a moment of life that I was seeking for healing as my heart had recently been broken, and felt called towards this spiritual experience to reconnect to my inner feminine power. The circle was under the guidance of Aparecida Sauer, still my mentor up to today, and through her I encountered the Sacred Feminine Philosophy, a path that reconnects women to their natural divinity.
This Circle occurred during a period of 4 months with a group of 5 women. Each woman was invited to pull out a card from the Goddess Guidance Oracle to study and draw connections from our personal life with that goddess’ history. I remember channeling a lot of energy as my hands moved through the card deck, with the hope that the goddess that came out to me would help me heal. I could not believe my eyes when I pulled my card: Pele, the Hawaiian Goddess of the Volcanoes. The image on the card was this strong brown woman with long black hair coming out of a spitting lava volcano with her heart towards the heavens, burning from the inside out, so powerful. The writing on the card said “Divine Passion: be honest with yourself, what is your heart’s true desire?”. Right then and there I saw myself in Pele and felt a strong call to burn my pain and find my courage to erupt into a new lifestyle, really trusting my heart’s desire. Nobody from the group knew, but my mom had just offered me the opportunity to study English outside of Brazil, and guess what was the place I had chosen… Hawaii! After studying Pele during the 4 month period, there I went, moved to O’ahu and began a new chapter of my life.
When I got in Hawaii, it was definitely magical but not easy, I had to pull a lot of strings to settle myself as an immigrant, in a new country, living on an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. I always knew that I was in the right place, and following the flow of life amazing things started to unfold. I did a 200h hot yoga teacher training, went to the Big Island and created a documentary on Pele, participated in a 7-day silent retreat meditation (Vipassana), took a 50h course on Yogananda’s Yoga Philosophy, a 2 month course named Remembering focused on healing through the use of hands and last but not least, studied at the School of Goddess Isis where I learned about the roots of the Sacred Feminine going all the way back in history to the Egyptian times.
After 5 years living in Hawaii, something very unexpected happened - I got pregnant with twins, a boy and a girl. At the same time that I was manifesting a dream, getting pregnant was also the most challenging experience of my life. The father and I got married with the goal of establishing a family for our kids, but unfortunately the marriage went downhill and not so long after I became a single mother. Giving life to twins showed me how miracles can happen in life but also deeply tested my faith because I had to be as strong as ever and trust in the flow of the universe, trust that things would fall into place, trust that a power above me was protecting and leading my life and I realized that I had to put all my spiritual studies into practice.
Today, I still have my struggles, but I see myself as a powerful woman, a strong mother and a Sacred Feminine facilitator to other women. Through my own developed Goddess Yoga practices, Women’s Circles based on Pele’s journey, card readings and Feminine Healing Therapies, I want women to connect and recognize themselves in one another and understand how powerful it is when women support each other. I want women to have the courage to be themselves, to follow their dreams and feel powerful in their own spiritual journeys, this is my life’s mission.
